The Seltzer family had an engagement after breakfast they needed to attend to this morning. So we took this opportunity to do laundry, clean out vehicles, give the boys haircuts, and do Bible study. The kids enjoyed using the leaf blower after I was done giving haircuts. Such a fun “toy”. It was so sweet of the Seltzer’s to open their home for us to use like our own. So generous! They only just recently moved here, so to be entertaining already is so nice of them!
The afternoon was nice as we got to enjoy life together. The girls made chicken pot pies for supper, the little ones used the left over dough to make some treat, and Stephen and I got to take a nice walk together. Just beautiful out here! Hotter and drier than I expected, but just beautiful!
We finished the day with games, pool fun, eating the delicious chicken pot pies and more fun and fellowship with each other. We are so blessed to get to spend time with this family. Our hearts are full.
