We had a family fun day with both our families today. We headed out on a 2 hour drive to Lake Tahoe. The weather has been absolutely perfect and today was no exception. Bright blue clear skies and water. So breathtaking!
With our family of 16 and their family of 10, we had lots of activity going on! We had lots of hands to help cary all our things, lots of things to play with, lots of mouths to feed and lots of love and good times shared by all.
On our way back home, we took the scenic route around the south side of the lake and saw Emerald Cove. Again, another breathtakingly beautiful place. Seeing the beauty of Gods creativity is humbling. We are so excited to be on this trip and experiencing life and Gods creation with people we love.
Sometimes I still can’t believe we are on this second big journey and getting to see all these amazing things! We have been so blessed getting to spend time with the Seltzer family. They are just precious and to see them have such a heart to do the right thing and stay in the Lords will is so encouraging.
Even after just meeting for the first time when we got here, I felt so at home and like I had known them for years. I’m looking forward to years of friendship ahead!
